LEAN Bronze (GSIP) (Time=31 hours + project time) (47 Modules)

Alpha Training and Consulting on-line Lean Bronze course includes 44 modules (total expected time = 30 hours).

This class is designed to prepare students for the SME LEAN Bronze certification exam. This course teaches students Lean methodologies that will help the student participate in Kaizen teams whose objective it is to create process flow. Process flow is realized when the seven forms of waste are removed from processes. This class will teach the students how to remove waste from processes and how to create product and service flow.

Expected course time = 19 hours lecture time + 12 hours testing time (370 questions) + Project Time = 30 hours. Target Market: Organizations that are determined to improve productivity and quality.
