Quality Auditor Aerospace AS-9100 Rev D (Time=43 hours) (65 Modules)

Alpha TC on-line or face to face Aerospace Auditor ISO AS 9100 course consists of approximately 65 modules (total expected time = 50 hours of lecture, testing time + auditing time) that will prepare the student to perform AS 9100 system audits and help to prepare the student for the GSIP certification. The GSIP certification demands that students participate in an AS 9100 audit that is led by a GSIP lead auditor.

This class covers the fundamentals of auditing and also goes over the complete AS 9100 and AS 9102 standards and how to apply their new found auditing knowledge to the AS-9100 and AS-9102 standard requirements.

If the student desires GSIP Lead Auditor certification they must finish all lectures and exams (minimum of a 75% average test score) and perform an audit acting as the lead auditor while being mentored by a GSIP Lead Auditor. The GSIP Lead Auditor must sign off on the certification which signals that the student effectively completed the audit to GSIP performance standards.

To maintain the GSIP certification the student must perform and document a minimum of one QMS system audit per year over a three year period.

Target Market: The target market for this class are organizations that are looking to increase their level of expertise as it relates to the AS-9100 aerospace standard. In many cases organizations are looking to add additional internal auditors to their quality management system. This is an excellent class to give employees the needed level of expertise to audit the AS 9100 standard. If the client desires we can also add APQP(AS 9145) training to this course. This class is traditionally a two day class, for live lectures, with one additional day to perform an internal audit.
